SundayLaw.com publishes the books, charts, sermons, tracts, and articles of the Advent pioneers, and offers a free online school built on them. These terms explain what you may do with that material, what a free membership involves, and what we promise in return. Plain language is used on purpose.
By using SundayLaw.com you agree to these terms. When you create a free membership you are asked to accept them explicitly, and we record which version you accepted and when. If you do not agree with them, please do not create an account.
If you are under 18, please read these terms together with a parent or guardian before joining. The school is built for learners of every age, and younger students are welcome with a guardian's knowledge and consent.
Membership is free, and it always will be. There is no paid tier, no trial that expires, and no course fee. Membership exists for two practical reasons: so the school can remember where you left off, and so your certificates and awards can be kept and reprinted whenever you want them.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has gained access to it, tell us and change your password.
Courses are organized around the pioneers' own writings. Each book, tract, chart, sermon, and article becomes a course, and each chapter becomes a lesson. You may download the source document, read it at your own pace, and return to take the test when you are ready.
Please do not publish test answer keys or present someone else's completed work as your own. The purpose of a test here is understanding, not a score.
Most works published here are in the public domain because of their age. You are free to read, download, print, quote, and share them. We ask only that quotations be kept accurate and in context, and that a link back to the page you found them on is included where that is practical, so others can check the source for themselves.
Some newer material on this site — page design, original commentary, study guides, course questions, restored scans, and transcriptions — is our own work. You may quote it with attribution. Please ask before republishing it in full or using it commercially.
If you believe something here infringes a copyright you hold, write to us and we will review it promptly and remove it if that is the right outcome.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used this way. Disagreement is not misconduct; the pioneers argued vigorously from Scripture and so may you.
We collect what the site actually needs: your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash that cannot be read back), any optional contact details you choose to provide, your course progress, and your newsletter and accessibility preferences.
Nothing on this site is behind a paywall, and no gift is ever required to study here. The work is carried by those who choose to help it. If you would like to, you can support the work here.
We intend this site to be usable by everyone, including those who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or captions. Our commitments, the standard we build to, and how to tell us about a barrier are set out in our accessibility statement.
If any part of this site or the school is difficult for you to use, please tell us. We treat that as a fault to be fixed, and we will offer the material another way in the meantime.
This site is offered as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never be offline, never contain an error, or suit every purpose. Course material is provided for study and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
To the extent the law allows, SundayLaw.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. When we do we change the version number and effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, members are asked to accept the new version the next time they sign in. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Write to info@sundaylaw.com or use the contact page. Questions about your account, your information, accessibility, or copyright are all welcome at that address.
