Erton Carlos Köhler became the 21st President of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists on July 4, 2025, when global delegates voted 1,721 to 188 (90.15%) at the 62nd GC Session in St. Louis, Missouri. He succeeded Ted N.C. Wilson after three consecutive Wilson terms.
Köhler was born on June 26, 1969, in Caxias do Sul, Brazil. His father is described in public summaries as a church worker, but his parents’ names are not yet verified in this archive. His wife is Adriene Marques Köhler, and their children are generally identified as Mariana and Matheus. What He Inherited

Ellen White’s warning applies with equal force to 2025 as to 1904:

The corporation was entered into in 1904. Every GC president since Daniells has continued it. Köhler has inherited it.

Verdict
Erton Köhler is not personally implicated in the 1904 crime — he was born 65 years after the signing. But he is the current legal president of the Apr. 15, 1904 corporate entity. His administration either continues the apostasy structure or dismantles it.
History will record which one he chose.
